Went there to give a test. The staff were friendly and helpful, the place was immaculately clean and observed covid19 protocols fully. A little difficult to find in the plaza, but it’s right next to the subway

The office is nice. the process was smooth. One large complaint is that one other student was very disruptive during my test and made it very hard to concentrate. Multiple complaints about the person, but nothing was really done.

The staff at this venue were very professional and friendly. The COVID rules they implemented were very clear and they were very thorough about following through with them. The instructor was very clear about the procedures and answered all of my questions. Everyone was socially distanced and they have video monitoring for exams so the staff didn't have to be very close to you. The noise-cancelling headphones were a good asset to have.

I had an amazing test taking experience at Pathways Educational Services. The environment was perfect for the exam and I am very glad that instead of taking the exam at home I took the exam at this centre.

The proctor was eating and drinking something during the Reading part of the CELPIP exam and it was really distracting for me; it was something like chips with drink. Honestly, I could not concentrate at all at that time. I wanted to tell him to stop eating but I thought it might distract others. Anyway, I hope he will not repeat it again.

The staff here are incredibly rude and unfriendly.. wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.Thanks for your aggressive and rude response.. they used to forget my name all the time when I came in as well, how ironic. I noticed the disorganization from day one as well. Thanks for proving my point.This place is the absolute worst.

My son has been working with Yvette from Pathways for over two years and her patience, guidance and ability to teach him in various methods has not only increased his grades but his confidence as well. I am so grateful for all the time and work she puts into his lessons and he really enjoys spending time with her and enjoys school much more.

I completed my first aid training at Pathways Educational Services. The experience was great. Staff was very informative and knowledgeable in what they are teaching. All my questions were answered with patience and detail making it easy to learn. The learning environment at this location is second to none. I would highly recommend Pathways to anyone wanting to receive training or upgrade any educational needs.
