I have been working with Ultimate Tech Services for quite a few years now and they are amazing!!!I have always worked with Gupreet and he is so friendly, hard-working and so good at deciphering the issue so quickly and when (very rarely) does it take him time to find the issue, he explains himself very well.I will continue to work with UTS especially when Gupreet is there to do his fantastic work.

Loved the service. They came to my place and picked up my gear and dropped it off and verified everything was working! Extremely responsive with communication. Extremely satisfied with the service.I had a very strange situation, I have some mice that I really love but the buttons keep breaking so I kept buying used ones but they would break quickly because they were used... and I can't find new models anymore. They repaired them super fast and delivered them back working great!Thank you!

Highly recommended you get your PC fixes with them! Call ahead as they're working from home with the pandemic, but they provided free pickup and dropoff. I'm moving to a new country in a week and my laptop decided now was the right time to die on me; they found the issue, replaced the harddrive, and got it back to me within a day. Very fast, friendly, informative service. Absolutely 5 stars. Thank you for your help.
