Great service from start to finish. We were impressed staff's product knowledge and ability to communicate without any sign of pressure. In our case some customization was needed to fit the posts to the layered deck fascia, but this wasn't a problem. The installation was on time with no hiccups and we love our new rail system. Yes I would recommend dealing with K&S.

They dont know how to dobthe job! They let us wait 3months and still they dont know how to do it! We show the place, we paid downpayment, they measure, we tell them what we want, we waited at the end still asking us What to do . We were expecting done already but we came to know they havent even started yet!!! Very unproffesional!! We wasted 3 months waiting for nothing!!!

Used K&S on our island waterfront home. Compared quality and product with many other railings company with K&S clearly coming on top. They stand behind their work, were excellent to work with and we ended up with railings (glass with frame and frameless) that we are proud to show off.
