Angelica is an amazing barber. She does a great job and is very thorough in making sure your cut is extra fresh. Attention to detail is everything.

10/10, ALWAYS. Angelica has been doing my hair for over 4 years now, including my wedding, and I have NEVER been unhappy! She always takes the time to go over options and makes suggestions (that always end up being amazing), never rushes or cuts corners, and checks in throughout the whole process to make sure I am happy.She is incredibly kind and always positive. Honestly, the best part besides leaving feeling like a million bucks is knowing she is genuinely passionate about the craft and is always great to talk to.Could not recommend Natasha Beauty Shop more.

So I had an appointment for November 3rd at 10:30 am at Natasha’s hair salon for some balayage. I had already explained to her that my hair was dyed black a year and a half ago with box dye and that I wasn’t expecting my hair to go all blonde but to at least lift some of the colour a bit and that I knew it would take me a couple visits before It got to my desired tone, I trusted her since she is the “professional” and knows what she is doing. Have to clarify that My hair was long (butt length), very healthy and curly.She started putting bleach on my hair and left it while working on another client, I was wondering why she left the bleach for more than an hour on my hair but still was trusting her since I believed at the time she knew what she was doing. She checked after an hour and decided to put more bleach because my hair “was not quite blonde yet” Im still trusting her since she told me she had so many years of experience, what can go wrong right?.Once she was completely done with her other client she came and took me to wash my hair and added a darker toner, once that step was done she told me to go sit down and that she would detangle my hair and style it. She started detangling my hair and I could just see chunks of hair coming out and my hair looking finer and with a very weird colour. She then started making conversation and telling me that if I didn’t like the colour I could just come back and she would dye it darker !! I stood up to look at my hair and she told me that I was not going to go blonde right away and that my hair was losing elasticity reason why “she had to stop” ( after more than an hour) and proceeds to show me a hand full of hair that Had fallen off my head !!! At this moment I started shaking and wanted to cry I knew she had messed up big time, then I looked at the colour in the mirror and it was completely horrible, some parts were very blonde (were most the damage was done) some parts were brown, and some red. Forgot to mention that she has no idea of how to work curly hair and was combing it with a regular comb instead of a wide tooth comb, she pulled my hair a lot and while washing it She was very rough and I felt like my head was hurting. She charged me $180 for this horrible mess.after paying I left got in my car and started crying my eyes out and started shaking and didn’t know what to do so I called my friend and asked If I could stop by. Once I got to my friend and showed her, I decided to text Natasha to tell her how Unhappy I was with the results and that I was feeling very sad. She then calls me and tells me that I should never try to go blonde and that I should just dye my hair back to black I said my hair is damaged ! She said why you crying? It’s just hair it will grow back! Like wth ? Then she tells me to go back for a cut and she would fix the colour. At this point I don’t want anymore damage to my hair and Im scared of ending bald so I tell her I would let her know if Im coming back. I texted her a couple minutes after and told her If she could please just return my money to what she answered that she would just give me $100 out of the $180 ! A good professional that knows she did a horrible mistake would return all the money so I can go elsewhere and get it fixed. Im still extremely sad and very disappointed on myself for trusting this person and to all of you out there that are thinking of going to this place please please DO NOT GO THERE ! She takes care of many clients at the same time and is not truly paying attention to what she is doing hence why she damaged my hair. If I could give 0 stars in this review I would.
