I brought in an ‘09 Avenger and they were upfront on what it would cost to diagnose which is what it cost.Called to compare a quote for my ‘17 Caravan, in for repairs at the dealership and they ran the numbers and were very honest that though they could match the pricing but it would be easier for me as a Client to leave it where it is for work to be completed.Very happy with the honesty and professionalism of Ian on the phone and in person.

Great experience with these guys. They did some work on my 2014 Escape. The bill came about 500$ under the quote since they were able to access some lines without dismantling. Lots of shops would have billed the full amount so they've gained my trust.

Once you've used this garage, you will never find another! Ian and Greg are not only master mechanics but masters of customer service. This is very honest business that will not try to coax you into unnecessary work. I have had a long list of very complex vehicle problems over the years which they were able to fix at a reasonable price. Final invoice has always been near what's been quoted so there has never been any sticker shock.

I am very impressed. I've had work done at G&I before but after today I decided it was time to share with others. I called in a bit of a panic as I needed to have some work done to make my vehicle functional and in a tight time frame. Ian indicated he wouldn't be able to get the required part until the following day so I would be able to get the vehicle by COB the next day. To my upmost surprise Ian managed to get the part ahead of schedule and even managed to get the repair done a day early.Oh, and still waiting for the dealership to return my call from my original inquiry about this same issue.It is so nice to receive such excellent, personal service.

Excellent service, they were referred by a friend and I have been a client with them for more than 2 years. Never had an issue always positive service. I even once installed new breaks that were defected from factory once and they installed a replacement without any extra charges.They take care of your car as it was theirs .
