I was told when I registered my new vehicle, because of the year and price I paid, it was mandatory to purchase replacement insurance. I actually asked him two times to confirm and he said yes I had to have it. I was scammed. I researched it through dealerships and ICBC it is NOT mandatory - this was an up-sale - boo on you! I will never recommend this location. And I will for sure share my information.

This place is the best - not only are they good at what they do but they are very knowledgeable. I have been going here for a while now and each time the manager helps me and is great. This last time i went, he wasn't in so I was nervous to ask questions because I had only dealt with him. The lady that was there (maybe his wife?) helped me and turned out she had all the answers. I was nervous for no reason! She was polite, helpful and answered all the questions - she knows what she is talking about. I have no hesitation to recommend this location to anyone - they are good at what they do. Simple.
