What a breath of fresh air dealing with Tom and TMSI. They not only provided more communications tools that had not been used before like the mobile App, Call recording, Bluetooth headsets , they saved us close to $1000 per month for phone services! As a business owner this hugely impacts the bottom line in positive way. Even when we moved offices - TMSI catered accordingly to our needs and the transition on the communications side was perfect and seamless. I highly recommend Tom and his team.

TMSI is a great affordable solution for businesses to have office communications. Tom has provided quality support in a timely manner. He was able to provide a backup solution to cellular to ensure we had communications in the event of a power outage.

We cannot express our gratitudes to Tom enough. Our phones went down at Granville Island Veterinary Hospital and telephone communication is integral to our practice. Tom attempted to trouble shoot the problem by phone patiently with no reward. He subsequently dropped everything and spent the entire day at the hospital trying to rectify the issue - calling and coordinating with service providers, doing diagnostics, rerouting the phone line etc. This is not the first time Tom has saved our butts! We are so grateful to have Tom on our side. He is knowledgeable and passionate but best of all he is kind and thorough.
