An ideal place for healthy food options. Located at the financial district and can get very busy during lunch time. Vegetarian options available. Although the price range is on the higher range.

Truthfully I planned to go to Kid Lee for dinner but it was closed. The universe directed me here and what a great thing that was! I loved the freshness and unique flavors of my bowl. There was a lemon flavoured sauce which was really the highlight of the meal. The biggest problem you'll have is deciding which delicious item to order from the menu!

I have been a regular customer with IQ Food since its first opening at First Canadian Place and a recent move to live in downtown makes me return at least 3 to 4 times weekly. The Wellington location is the best, the food here is all about the organic ingredients, no additives and the sauce is on the side. The acavado toast and the Lima are my regular orders. It is all about nutrition yet the food emits natural flavours that stimulate your appetite. There are a lot of similar places open after their success but they are of no comparison. Prices are expensive for takeout food BUT it is the freshness and ingredients source that one is paying for.Thank you again for bringing this to Toronto for closer than 12 years.

The smoothies were both very watery (mainly crushed ice) but the food bowls were delicious. Would recommend the salads. Place is clean, service was ordinary.

It's a hair expensive, but the quality of the food and personalized service more than makes up for it. If you are looking for a tasty place in the downtown core to eat something healthy, tasty and nutritious, iQ is awesome!

Ordered 2 x Avocado toast and a smoothie.Received 2 x Avocado BREADS (plain sliced bread, untoasted and soggy) and a spilled smoothie.(For $33)Stay clear of ordering from here :/

Food was great however portions are small for the price. I ordered an avocado toast with an egg and it was almost $10. They gave me a singular toast.

Very healthy, wholesome, tasty food with unique flavours and attention to detail. A bit pricy but you can tell the food is made with care & thought. The Banana pulp cookie is phenomenal for breakfast or for a feel good yummy snack.

Always come here during busy season. Food was healthy and tasty. Service was fast as well!

Healthy food for affordable prices. It is very popular among suits (as in the movie). I decided to pick up my first lunch in this place after a 3-year break. It is good to be back!
