Excellent experience. The quote I received was very detailed, listing what they were going to do, how they were going to do it and materials used. Received a phone call from the owner who explained their process further. Price was great and they started my project days after I accepted the quote. Work looks fantastic. Would highly recommend.

We hired J&M to install some roof vents on the recommendation of a friend. They did a fantastic job, so when we wanted to replace the roof of our home and garage, they were of course our first choice. Good communication for the estimate and choosing the shingles. Problems were when it came time for the work - J&M uses contractors for large jobs. If you are booking with them, please make sure that you ask for someone who *isn't* on their last job for the company because they are leaving for Calgary. Our roofer & his colleague showed up randomly and haphazardly, smoked pot constantly on the job, and demanded that we provide tools, extension cords, etc that he then took with him. Any time we saw him, he would tell us how much he hated Medicine Hat, couldn't wait to be done with the job, etc. Could have lived with that, no one has to love a job as long as it's done well. Unfortunately, two things happened: 1) they put multiple roof jack anchors right through our plaster ceilings. The J&M inspector came to look, and we were told that the solution was going to be that the contractor would re-plaster our walls to repair the damage once the roof was completed. What actually happened was the roofer showed up with a $4 tub of polyfilla that he left on our front hall table, saying hey

J&M had a quick and painless estimate process that made it easy to make an informed decision about replacing my roof. The roofers sent to my house did an excellent job and finished on schedule. Follow up checks on the roof to make sure everything was done properly was much appreciated. I would highly recommend J&M Roofing Services for anyone's roofing needs.

We are very pleased with the whole experience replacing the shingles on our roof. J&M Roofing were Iinformative and pleasant to deal with. The gentlemen working on the roof were both professional and friendly. Showed up when they said and the roof looks great.

Very helpful answering questions and refered us to other metal roofs they had installed so we could judge the options and assess the quality. Crew was on site when agreed and no issues with the project.

This company was very professional. Work was completed as was discussed and in a timely manner. Clean up was perfect. I would highly recommend this company. We contracted with them for our own home roof replacement as well as a rental home garage roof.

J&M did my roof Sep 2022. The installer was a contractor as I'm told is what J&M uses, and it took a week to do a small house. 5 bundles of shingles were leftover, as well as a roll of Amourgard, value of over $500. As well there were to be 4 vents installed but only 3 were-another $100 plus labour. After many calls to the company they knocked off $270. They did not remove the old layer of barrier, and I am not convinced that they put the 2 new layers on as there were no rolls of barrier delivered. All in all, a shoddy job that took to long and a hellish nightmare to deal with. Strongly recommend you use a different company.

I picked this company solely from the reviews. I am not very knowledgeable on this but they helped me decide on the shingles and provided quotes on each choice. I mostly dealt with the lady on the phone and she was lovely. Was done last sprite g and have had no issues so far.

Removal of old shingles and installation of new ones.Affordable quote, and new product was great.Booked the job early, started on time, done in a timely fashion.Clean up and quality of work was fantastic.
