Ruff Haus

Ruff Haus is like family to us and and it’s hard to express in words how great they have been to our two pups over the years. They have created a safe and welcoming space where pups can play and interact, but be assured that there is always human interaction as well. Our pups connected with Kelly and the wonderful team at Ruff Haus as much as with the other dogs. They provide regular Instagram updates and report cards to share what is happening during the day, and also do really fun theme days with photos and gifts that mean so much.We recently moved out of province and leaving Ruff Haus was one of the hardest parts of the move. The team made the pups departure really special and momentous and were visibly sad to see them leave. It reminded us how much they were family to the dogs.We cannot recommend Ruff Haus enough.Thanks so much for everything…Dottie and Reggie miss you guys!!

Ruff Haus is a very professional and friendly place to bring your dog! They provide wonderful services such as doggy daycare, grooming and training! They are very honest and treat every dog that comes through their doors like family. They also post lots of photos on social media so you can see what your dog is up to! My dog always gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot because she knows she’s about to play with her doggy friends or get lots of treats during her agility class! Highly recommend Ruff Haus to everyone I meet who has a dog!

My dog Lincoln absolutely loved his puppy training and social classes. Kelly and team are very informative and knowledgeable. Ruff Haus is extremely clean and spacious and absolutely a safe spot for your dogs to attend daycare, training, and grooming:)

We can't express our appreciation for the care our pup has received at Ruff Haus. The staff are friendly and helpful and the training program has really improved our puppy's behaviours. Zoey loves her trips to daycare and is always happy to go. The Ruff Haus team are amazing!!

Just finished the Beginner 1 class with Emma. She’s a fantastic trainer! We’ve noticed a difference in just 6 weeks to how our 9 month old puppy responds to us. The class was fun and easy to understand. We’re signing up again for our 3 year old Frenchie next. I would really recommend this class.

Just got back from our first puppy social! I highly recommend it. Our puppy had a lot of fun and is learning how to play with different kinds of dogs. Added bonus, we are in for a quiet afternoon!Thanks Kelly, Bandit loves you!

Love Ruff Haus! My dog Cayde has been going here since he was a puppy. He is always excited to see the girls there and they treat him so well. Thank you for all you guys do!

I would love to give a glowing report about the staff at this facility but unfortunately I have been the victim of a bate and switch and I am out $500.00. Sorry folks, this girl is a crook! I had my puppy there in-day care for 5 weeks. I thought it was great. So I purchased a package of 20 more day cares for $600. 4 days later I received an email stating that because my puppy had just turned 6 month and was not yet neutered, he was no longer allowed to attend daycare. Please note, they were very much aware he was 6 months old at the time they were taking my $600. I have been instructed by my vet to not neuter him until he turns 14 months. So, I asked for a refund for the remaining 18/20 day cares, a value of over $500. That was rejected as they have a no refund" policy and I should have noticed the fine print on their web-site about 6 month old dogs.... Long story short

Honestly the experience at Ruff Haus has been the best thing for our dogs. We had no idea what we were doing with training until we got into Kelly’s puppy 1 class and she taught us everything we needed to have success with our dogs. She could pin point things that needed extra work on every dog in the class and adjusted teaching based on that. Definitely the best place to go.

My husband and I love Ruff Haus! We took our shih-poo (Tyson) to get groomed by Michelle. She was always excellent and knew Tyson’s temperament so well. Unfortunately, Tyson made his journey to doggy heaven.We have since got a new puppy named Wilson! He is very excited to join the Ruff Haus family with Puppy Training 1!We highly recommend Ruff Haus. Friendly staff, enriching environment for the dogs and adorable Instagram posts with pictures of all the puppies!
