A friend recommended Splash Plumbing and Heating because I wanted to upgrade the outside hose bibs and to add in a new duct branch to the furnace main trunk line in an unfinished basement. Clark knew exactly what finish and quality that I was looking for when I explained over the phone. On the day of, Clarke replaced the hose bibs and ran a new branch off the furnace trunk within no time. The workmanship is spot on and the bill is very very competitive. Contacted Clark while he was on holidays and he responded right away and set up an appointment. We have a new shower in our home (basement) that had not been used and when we tried it, it leaked into our next room. A competitor said they repaired it but when we tried it again, it still leaked. They were rude to deal with and offered no solution. Clark came over, diagnosed the problem with a solution other than tearing it all out which we were prepared to do. It was a challenging repair but Clark did a great job installing a new drain and clean out in a tough location. Fantastic job and really top end work!
