George and his staff always greet you with a smile, while taking the time to explain the work that needs to be done once diagnosed. Exceptional value is received upon obtaining pictures of the “problem area” that needs attention/replacing...this is always helpful as a paying customer to see and understand what you are paying for. The staff is very experienced, friendly, and knowledgeable, and provide you with confidence that the best work is being done by professionals, in a fair and honest environment.As a “car guy” – that takes care of their vehicle with obsessive washing and waxing – you always feel comfortable with your pride in the care of Auto Master.

I do most auto work myself but occasionally there are a few items that need to be done at a shop. So far, this is the best mechanic I have come across in my experience. George is friendly, professional and honest. He is up front and does not try to hide anything. I will definitely be coming back for any future work I cannot handle in my own garage.Plus, it is nice to be able to check out the nice cars in the lounge when waiting :)

For over 30 years I have been having my vehicles repaired at Auto Master Centre, and have always received the best service anyone could ask for. Items that are required to be looked after are efficiently taken care of, and without additional non-required services being pressured to have done. As I commute in my vehicle on Highway 401daily over 100 km, I have never had a surprise of any mechanical/electrical failure leaving me stranded on the edge of the expressway. I had a fantastic experience at the shop, and George is an awesome guy and he has amazing customer service. I just purchased some wheels and tires approximately a month back and I noticed that there was a slight vibration, he balanced my wheels and also did an alignment on my car. The car drives super straight now.

This is the first time writing a review in my life, because they deserve it! I drove all the way from downtown Toronto to get my car repaired and it was worth it!George was very professional, honest person to deal with. They were able to replace a few parts of my very old Mercedes 2003 C230k while I was waiting. They even test drove it around to make sure it was fine before giving me the car back. I used to repair my Mercedes for the past 7 years but moved to a condo so I don't have my own or trust any other mechanics but not anymore!
