Such amazing service and I’m so happy with my new pick up

Awesome experience!I broke my windshield wiper and dropped by hoping they could fit me in. From the moment I drove in the service bay I had several people acknowledge, welcome, and assist. They escorted me to the parts department to buy the wiper, and within five minutes a technician was in the service bay putting it on for me. I also needed an oil change and thought I would ask since I was there anyway, again they accommodated me right away. I went into the show room to sit and wait for the car, and I was greeted by several people and offered coffee, water, etc. This dealership checks all the boxes. Great customer service, welcoming atmosphere, beautiful facilities.

They were just trying to rip me off on my alignment, I re built my truck from scratch and I know everything to know about cars and vehicles, I've been working on them my entire life, and they were saying there was rusted and seized bolts and parts everywhere ( even though I just finished rebuilding the truck and knew for a fact there were only two rusty bolts on the entire steering system) and they said my 120 dollar alignment will now be $240 to almost $500 and that I might need to alignments. Ya I don't think so

Recently took my Tahoe to be serviced and had the best experience! Nicole at the service desk was truly the kindest customer service representative I’ve ever dealt with, she knows her stuff and how to talk to people when they have no idea what they’re talking about! Mauricio did a great job on my vehicle, was very courteous and helpful! They fixed a warranty issue that I didn’t know existed and kept me in the loop the whole time. Thank you Royal Chev, especially Nicole and Mauricio.

I am more than pleased with the service I received from the moment my car landed there. Royal had my car for 10 days they weren't able to duplicate problem but on invoicing they really came through by heavily reducing labour. As soon as my car's issue comes up I'll be sending it back on a hook.Good people great service!!!!Thanks Royal

I want to thank Greg in service for taking the time to speak with me about a used Chevy Volt I was looking at. Greg's experience shone through as he educated me on the finer points of owning these kinds of cars. He didn't have to do any of this, which made me appreciate his patient tone even more. He demonstrated that doing the best thing for the customer is a good long term strategy - I'd trust him...which I can't say for many dealerships.

I had to bring my Cadillac here for a repair that was still under warranty. The dealership I bought the vehicle from couldn’t take care of it because they weren’t a Cadillac dealership so I was referred to Royal and spoke to Gary. I dropped off the car and felt comfortable right away. The whole service team was great keeping me updated and the repair was done quickly. I will be returning going forward for any repairs.
