Elevation Roof Repairs

Doing a good job, or being on time and acting in a professional manner are all expected if you are working in a service industry. Sean has all those qualities in spades. More importantly is how a person responds when something goes wrong. This review is more about honesty and integrity. Our home has a concrete tile roof which was installed when the house was built in the mid 90's. In the spring of 2020 we noticed that some of the mortar along the hip and ridge tiles was cracking and chunks had started to come loose and were falling onto the driveway and the back deck. Sean inspected the roof, advised as to the required repairs and then completed the repairs in a timely manner. This is where the honesty and integrity comes in. Sean came back on his own several months later as they had started to notice a problem on some other job sites where a new mortar that they were using for sealing smaller cracks had not set properly and was starting to crumble. Although our repair seemed fine, he asked me to keep an eye out for any crumbling and sure enough, about 6 months later it started. As we were now heading into the winter months Sean suggested that he schedule a follow-up in the spring of 2021. I didn't have to chase or fight for them to come back. Sean came back as promised and removed all of the defective mortar with wire brushes and sealed everything up with a Chem Link M1 sealant. Sometimes not everything goes perfect on a job but having the honesty to admit to a mistake and then the integrity to rectify the situation gets high praise in my book. I would recommend Sean and Elevation Roofing for any repairs that you may be contemplating.

I had a response within an hour and after a couple of quick emails back and forth I had a quote and a service appointment booked. Elevation sprayed a condo I had in West Kelowna over 3 years ago to test the product to see if it kept the shingles soft and flexible. It looks great and all the moss has died and not come back compared to the next door condo that was cleaned and the moss is back again. Highly recommend the rejuvenator. Cheryl
