I had such a beautiful experience at David’s Bridal Ottawa and I’m thrilled with the dress I ultimately chose for my wedding! Sandra was so wonderful, attentive and helpful. She really listened to my needs and helped me pick out a beautiful dress I honestly would not have considered for myself. Noshin was super helpful with ensuring that my alterations will be done on time and the entire team is honestly fantastic. Thank you again to the David’s Bridal Ottawa team, I can’t wait to wear my dress on the big day!

They may not want this to be known, but there are superstar super heroes working at this location....Long story short, I am one week out from my sister's wedding with a dress needing major alterations and zero matching fabric in ottawa to complete the project.... I called David's Bridal and spoke with Alison and explained my panicked situation. She was supportive and beyond helpful in answering my questions. She asked how far away I was and had several bridesmaids dresses pulled in the colour and size I needed Upon arrival.Alison and Jess helped me pick the perfect alternative and also mentioned if they weren't able to find a replacement dress that they'd find me a defective dress to help in my alterations!I am so thankful these two worked their magic and got me the perfect dress.... which also happened to be on clearance, with a further discount.... and had pockets! Ultimately saving me loads in alterations and most importantly, stressing any further than I had.Thank you so much!!!

I liked being able to pick out the wedding dresses I wanted to try on. Easy to narrow it down and it’s more efficient.Shanna was excellent, very helpful and friendly and not pushy. I tried two dresses on and ended up buying the first one I tried on! The lady in alterations was very informative and helpful as well. I bought my shoes there too. A great experience.

My friend and I visited David’s Bridal today looking for her wedding dress and we could not have had a better experience. Not only did they have a big selection of different styles at a range of prices, but the staff was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. This store location looked clean and seemed to be running very smoothly when I stopped by today. I was also very pleased with the exceptional service I recieved from Alison and Jess. I was shopping for an outfit for an upcoming special occasion and they took the time to ask me what my style and colour preferences were so they could pull some additional options for me to try on. They even went through that extra effort to suggest accessories that matched the outfits I liked most. I found the perfect dress for my upcoming function and I was super excited to see that it was also on sale! Overall I had a lovely experience, and I will definitely be recommending the service from Alison and Jess to all my family and friends who need to go shopping for a more formal occasion in the future. I went to David's bridal on the 2nd of March and my appointment was at 3pm. I have 6 bridesmaids and had no idea what I was looking for. Noshin, wonder lady that she is, she got right down to buisness. I can't even begin to describe how fabulous this woman was. She was even off at 4:30,and she stayed till after 5 to make sure I found what I needed. She gave me true honest opinions, really told me what worked and what didn't. It never felt for one second she was there just to make commission like I've experienced before. She 100000% truly helped me to make my wedding special. All the girls really appreciated her feedback, and made it an experience like I've never had before. THANK YOU NOSHIN!!!!!!

I nervously went into David’s bridal yesterday to find a wedding dress and was quickly put at ease by all the lovely staff. It was a busy Saturday but I felt like I was the only one there once Alyssa and Konnie took me under their wings. They were quite literally my guardian angels for the next few hours. My mom, sisters and I made our selection of dresses and our stylist, Alyssa, pulled additional dresses once she knew the kind of style I was going for. With my very own cheer squad behind me, I said yes to dress and I couldn’t be more relieved. Thank you so much to all the staff there, you all made miracles happen and I will forever be grateful.
