I had a lovely experience at their old location in downtown Whitby. The dress that I wore for my wedding was altered so that it help me snug in place and looks fabulous. The staff made me feel friendly and welcome and shared in my excitement. It was a wonderful overall experience and I highly recommend to future bride to be!

I was getting married early June this year and needed last min alterations on my gown, these women are amazing, so kind and professional and did an amazing job on my dress. Im sure its not easy to work with delicate lace and tiny bead work but they did an outstanding job and my dress fit perfectly!! definitely coming back. Thank you!

I was really happy with the service i received at Cindy’s alterations. I bought my dress second hand since i could not justify spending thousands on a gown. Our wedding was scheduled to be in June but due to Covid we had to cancel and start planning everything from the beginning. In the mean time I ended up purchasing another gown. One week prior to the wedding I tried on the second gown purchased, and did not feel comfortable in it. I reached out to Michelle 7 days before the wedding and asked her if it was possible to alter the dress and make it look a bit different. I am very particular with my taste. She was able to alter my dress to my desire in only 4 days, this allowed me to also get the dress dry cleaned in time. I am so thankful for Michelle, she was really professional, quick, and pleasant work with ☺️
