After trying many different types of treatment for my chronic pain, I was delighted to try osteopathic therapy. Not only did I leave my initial appointment feeling more limber than when I arrived, I also felt as though my body was more responsive to the low impact exercising I did afterwards. I will definitely be rebooking and I can’t say enough positive things about my practitioner, Tina Poulin. She was kind, gentle and non-judgemental. I would recommend her to anyone seeking pain relief. It doesn’t happen in one session, but it sure made a significant difference, which is why I’ll be heading back real soon. Thanks Tina!
