The UPS Store

The worst customer service ever. The guy at the front desk Henry is so rude. I asked him for a paper receipt of my transaction and he starting arguing for no reason. He was also yelling at someone else in the store and telling them to get out. The worst behavior I have ever seen.

Henrey, and Paige were the most attentive and helpful people ever. After rushing in to send off important documents, they took immense care in helping me send it off and they went above and beyond to let me know when the package arrived. A true family run spot, places like Henrey's store are rare. I live in vancouver and would honestly make the trek out to pick up packages from this location because of how amazing the people are and because they truly do care!!

I DONT CARE WHAT EVERYONE ELSE SAYS, HENRY WAS AMAZING AND HE SENT OUT MY PACKAGE VERY QUICKLY. THANK YOU HENRY

Prompt and courteous service.Staff took my large, heavy package so I did not have to carry it. Tracking info was provided immediately. I was in and out very quickly. Leaps and bounds better than the depot down Scott road.

Worst customer service. The store person don't know how to talk to customers very rude guy. Zero Star

Henry was so helpful and very friendly. His customer service is exceptional and I felt like we got to know a little bit about each other in our short encounter.

No star is deserved. Extremely rude . The guy obviously has some anger problems . This is the worst place ever. If you hate your life so much , don’t open a business and just let it out on your customers. No one deserves your attitude. DO NOT GO THERE. NEGATIVE! NEGATIVE ! NEGATIVE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Quick service and served with a smile. The man is a gentleman.Just a quick dropoff even though they were busy but i was still served with a smile and got to know about the tracking too.

Really rude experience. Guy at the counter didn't know what a waybill is. Told me to go to another store...Edit: to respond to the owner. How unprofessional do you have to be to publicly accuse customers. To me you were being dismissive and unhelpful. I asked for a waybill and you claimed that we don't do that here, it hasn't existed for years. I corrected him that I've been to several other stores that offer this service and he deflected by saying that's great then you should go to the other store. Like the other reviewers say if you REALLY hate your job so much then you should not be in the service industry working at the counter. So everyone reading, take his advice and go to another store. The owner isn't someone you want to work with. FYI I did go to another store and I was promptly helped and took only about a minute to get my package shipped.

By far the most disrespectful experience I have had at a couriers office yet. After attempting to return a few packages Henry, the man behind the counter, threw my packages at me and told me to go to a different UPS office. He may have been overwhelmed by the amount of slips I brought in, but in no way does that warrant shoving packages at a customer. I would avoid this location at all costs.
