I got my winter tire changed to all season ones. I had both sets. Chris did a very good job. The setup is good and the service is great! Charges were reasonable, better than any other places around.

Great Service!! I went to Total Automotive to get new tires, and I spontaneously asked if they could give me a second opinion on another issue. They gladly did, and had a different diagnosis all together. They fixed only what needed to be fixed the same day! The best part is they SAVED me A LOT of MONEY!!! Thanks a bunch Total Automotive!!

I was frantically looking for a place to do a swap over of my wheels from my winter set to my summers. Mario fit me in with an hours notice and did an excellent job at the switch and tire balancing. I came back again next week to replace one of my tires that had gone bald and Mario once again took time to explain which pair of tires should go in the back axle for a FWD vehicle. Excellent shop and highly recommended. Fair pricing as well.

Stopped into the shop to have a flat repaired and asked about putting my snows on. They booked me for the next week and they're storing the summers also. Great price compared to my car dealership. The service was quick and friendly. As I waited for my car I observed how they dealt with other clients in a respectful and professional way. They're giving me a price for a ding on my car also. I recommend dealing with Total Automotive to anyone.

Let me put it this way, my local mechanic had my John Cooper Works Mini Cooper for a whole month, and couldn't fix it. The guys at Total Automotive not only properly diagnosed my car, but had it back to me in 3 days. And that's only because it took a while for the parts to arrive. Absolutely sensational service from guys who know exactly what they are doing. This kind of expertise is worth the drive to their shop in Burlington. When it comes time to pay your bill, you will have peace of mind knowing the job what done right the first time at a fair price.

Found this place by accidently & did I ever luck out for I have an older jeep and needed quite a few items to fix back up and I have checked many places before hand and price wise & excellent service wound up by having them work on my vehicle. Never in my over 80 years have I found a place with such family type people there that make sure your treated as family and give you honest service . I now have a 2002 Jeep that drives & rides better than a new Cadillac I rode in. I moved out of Burlington a few months ago and know that I shall always take the time to return the extra miles for any work on my vehicles

Awesome service. Went to put on my winter tires and even though they were super busy they were able to squeeze me in with little notice. I asked about my brakes and other services. They said the brakes were still good and had about half the life left. Seemed very knowledgeable about the vehicle I drive (BMW). Keep up the good work guys!
