Superb service! I took my car in because the stereo was on the fritz. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and demonstrate to me what was causing it. They were able to replace the speakers at a very reasonable price in only 1.5 hours. They were super friendly as well! Really appreciate the help and I'm happy to have my speakers back.

Joe was AWESOME!!! I read the reviews..came to him originally to do some swap out stereo harness work for my boat. I brought him my 72 Chevelle for new stereo, speakers and Amp and cannot be happier. They do great work and customer service is A1!!! Highly recommend.

I definitely need to take my time writing a review for this place because of the exceptional service I was provided, the pricing is extremely reasonable and they work hard and do a very clean job. All the wires are hidden and I have no rattling whatsoever, they took their time to identify POTENTIAL problems and made sure they wouldn't exist by adding things like sound deadening into nooks and crannies that could be problematic. I came here not knowing the difference in components and coaxial and left with an education as well as a sound system that can be heard a province away while being clear and crisp on every range. Joe took his time making sure I was completely happy and well informed on every aspect. From whether to fabricate new mounts to scrapping OEM parts for a more factory look. I came here because my car audio felt lackluster but now I look forward to driving my car everyday. Thank you Ultra for the amazing service. You guys have now got a customer for life.

Joe and his team are the absolute best at what they do. They were able to fix a complete DIY mess from the previous owner and bring my car's sound system back to life. You can tell that they do quality work by looking at the types of vehicles that they work on, whether it be high-end exotics or old school classics. They were also able to install a dash cam for me on very short notice (took them less than an hour). When it comes to sound and security, I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Just wanted to say thank you to Joe for helping me out first over the phone and great customer service. I scheduled an appointment for my subwoofer and amp to get installed in the Jeep. I was referred by my dad, they installed some electrical on his jeep. We are very happy with everything. To be honest the price is more expensive but I guess that is the cost of having professionals work on your vehicle. I would consider our jeeps as custom / modified vehicles and only trust certain people to touch them. Anything you need give them a call and ask for Joe to help you. Thanks again we will be returning back for more help in the near future.

These guys know their stuff! Bought my dashcam from them and it was installed in an hour. Very pleasant staff/owners and their product knowledge is evident. I think this is a place the regular car driver feels comfortable coming to and it’s clear they service a lot of luxury or high performance vehicles - good bang for the buck as they back it up with carefully explaining things and not making you feel like you should know everything already.

Joe and his brother are an absolute delight to work with. They are very professional with great and fast customer service. Joe took the time to answer my questions and provided his feedback. He allowed me to demo the product I was hoping to purchase, luckily it was on display. After an hour and a half the car with the new CarPlay system was ready, professional installed, integrates well with the dashboard and works perfectly well with my iPhone. Honestly, I originally thought this place was mostly great. They didn't keep track of their hours on how long my dashcam install took and overcharged me, but when I pointed it out, they reduced the price and the install itself was very clean and they wanted my opinion on where everything was placed. (This was in late November 2021).Fast forward to today. My vehicle had been having battery issues for months and my local dealership could not figure out what the problem was. Additionally, both my nav screen and infotainment screen went black. FWIW, I took it to the dealer because: A. I have comprehensive warranty coverage and B. I thought there was no way whatever issues I was having was caused by the dashcam install.After having the dealer diagnose the vehicle for 3 hours, they came to the conclusion that the install was performed incorrectly. The add-a-fuse was slotted one slot over from the correct spot. They said this was the cause of the both the battery and screen issues and noted as such in the technician's report.As this was an aftermarket product issue, it was not covered by my comprehensive warranty and they recommend I go back to the original installer.I called these guys today to let them know of the situation and was basically told I'm SOL. There was no offer to even go 50/50 on the diagnosis costs or refund the labor on the install.As mentioned on the phone, I purchased a $400 camera with the correct parts for hardwire installation that had zero issues in an install on a previous vehicle - this was not a cheap Amazon pile of junk.You only labor your work for 1 year, but many others warranty for a limited lifetime. Take some pride. This issue thankfully didn't cause major damage, but the dealer said I would personally be on the hook if my electronics got fried due to negligent installation.Future customers take note: the work, if done correctly, may be great - but you will be left out to dry if anything they do goes wrong.

Installed a hidden sub in the trunk of my GLC with a custom box. Amazing sound, great service everything still looks factory but the sound is 100x better. Highly recommend Ultra Auto.
