I thought it would be more expensive. Four of us had mediums with unlimited add-ons for roughly $23. Overall it was good.

To be clear, I cannot rate the quality of the ice cream as I never had a chance to try it. My husband and I wanted to try it for the first time and came in around 10:15pm on a weekday. There were a few people in there when we first walked in but they cleared out a few minutes after and we were the only customers in the store. We weren't greeted, one of the 2 employees disappeared into the back and the remaining employee ignored us. We stood across the counter from her for about 15 minutes directly infront of the register without even being looked at or spoken to waiting to order. It became apparent that based on the fact I had not even had my order taken or been acknowledged at all 15 minutes into standing infront of the employee that I likely wasn't going to get served before the store closed, not to mention the fact that the complete lack of costumer service had left a taste in my mouth so foul that the best tasting ice cream could never make up for it. We decided to walk out. Seems to be this establishment is both severely understaffed and lacking in customer service skills. I will not be back again. Very disappointing..

Ive seen a lot of 1-star and 2-star reviews and this is my take on the experience. I went in this evening and I feel like they’ve improved on their customer service but it still could be better. People were right about the waffle, it was not that great. Another major concern was that it’s too expensive, this is also true, prices don’t reflect the quality. This is surely a great ice cream place but they need to improve. Nevertheless I’ll still go there again! This is my full 3-star review.

Great prices, Massive Ice-cream and endless toppings. Had one with the family the other day and I would go again. Had lactose free Vanilla Icecream.

We are very very disappointed from the cake that we received on my Son’s birthday today. It has no toppings inside the cake as it used to be. Also it had very little amount of toppings on the top only - nothing inside. The ice cream was not THE BEST in taste also.They increase the price. We are the old customers of this store as we get all cakes for all our occasions from here from last few years. It used to be fully loaded with the toppings and flavours. We get each bite with full of toppings.We paid the full amount so we deserve to get the fully loaded cake too. Nobody liked the cake this time. It was waste of money. The cake is still sitting in our freezer. It ruined my son’s birthday party. We need management to look into this and reply us.Thanks

Needed to buy an ice cream cake for a birthday, didn't have time to shop around. This place charges $48 for one with minimal toppings/fillings, and then they have the audacity to prompt for a tip after you take your own cake out of the fridge and walk it to the counter. Will head to a competitor next time thx.

WORST experience I’ve ever had. Me and my friend went to this location and waited 45 minutes for ice cream because their debit machine wasn’t working properly. After I waited almost an hour for ice cream the worker said it was only cash, which I had none on me. The manger said there was nothing they could do and refuse to give us the ice cream. The workers had nothing to say and was ignoring all the customers when we tried to talk to them. We should have been given the ice cream for free after waiting for that long. I’ve never received such bad customer service in my life and will not be returning. Absolutely ridiculous. I would give 0 stars if I had the option. Do not go here.
