Responsive to messages and arranged an appointment within a week of requesting. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Gave a complete rundown of chimney health as well as some tips/tricks to operate. In n out within an hour. Would definitely recommend!

This company traveled a significant ways out of town to do a chimney clean/inspection/mini repair for my elderly mother. Super respectful, kind, knowledgeable and patient. Would recommend to anyone with a wood burning furnace or stove. Wanted to say a special thank you to the worker Thomas, who took the time to explain things to my mom who sometimes has trouble with speaking English. You are awesome!

Brian and his partner were nothing short of excellent when they came up to our rural property to do a WETT inspection on our wood stove last week. They showed up on time and were courteous and friendly. They got to work right away, fixed some things, gave us tips & suggestions on others and even left us with some extra parts. They also did a full chimney clean! Their charge was extremely reasonable given the distance they came and all of the work they did. I will not hesitate to use them again and I would highly recommend using Brain if you want good, honest work at a reasonable price. Hard to find these days. THANK YOU BRIAN!
