Leon's Furniture

I am at a loss for words. The first pictures you see are for a previous tv stand I purchased from Leon’s in Abbotsford. To my surprise the entire glass top was given to me completely shattered. I had only realized the damage after I had completed the assembly to uncover the broken glass top at the end. You can see from the pictures the dents in the box and desperate attempt to re tape the damaged box cover.After pleading my case in person the manager offered me a new tv stand and we agreed to put the cost of the previous one towards the new one. After another two months of waiting my package finally came. This time around I had set up Leon’s to deliver it to me directly. I got the delivery guys to carefully open the glass pieces and inspect them, they came together and not broken this time. They also turned the box on its end so I could open it up further. HOWEVER, after they left I finished unboxing my tv stand to see ANOTHER break in my furniture!! At the very bottom of the package you can clearly see from the pictures a large crack in what will be the top of my tv stand. Unbelievable and completely unforgivable from Leon’s as this is now TWICE in a row they have given me my furniture broken!I like to say I am a loyal customer to Leon’s Furniture. I have my whole bedroom decorated with their pieces. I trusted my favourite furniture store and they disrespected me as a customer AGAIN!

Bought whole furniture & Electrical Appliance from Abbotsford Leon’s for our new home . Manager Ryan helped us to plan for our living rooms , guest rooms & bedrooms and secured us remarkable discounts .The crew were fantastic , special thanks to Harman , Katie, Marian for the amazing assistance on the floor .One among the few place where I saw their after sales service is phenomenal.Will be going back & definitely recommend Leon’s for their wonderful Customer Service.

Mike at the Abbotsford location was great, he didn’t just try to sell me a mattress. He was very knowledgeable and suggested comparable mattresses to the one I liked at lower prices. He was very personable , when I am ready to buy a new couch I’m going to see him!

I had very bad service. Ordered a couch. One piece came a month later and the second piece three months later. The first piece that came the cushion foam was sunken in and the fabric loose and wrinkly. I called seven days later and they wouldn’t do anything about it even though I did purchase extended warranty, they said this was normal due to the manufactures opinion. Well when the second piece came, you could tell the difference. The second piece was made properly with the right amount of foam, no sagging and tight fabric. I will definitely never order from them again and encourage everyone else to shop elsewhere. Feeling upset and discouraged

Quick and fantastic service. Kathy Edwardian knew exactly which couch we were after by a few vague descriptions, she helped us with the store wide discount, and threw in some fun anecdotes and stories while we were placing our order. Very pleased with her service at the Leon’s in Abbotsford. Can’t wait for our super comfy couch to arrive!

MANJEET S, from Abbotsford BC location bamboozled me and my family during the purchase of our king size mattress and boxspring. She made us believe that we were able to return our mattress and box spring in a certain time frame as long as we purchase the top cooling cover.When I contacted the store the day after delivery, wanting to return the box spring. I was told that everything is a final sale. In my disbelief, I was advised that Manjeet must've told me because I initialed a document stating the exchange only policy. Therefore, I am liable for it.In my defense, I initialed the document w/o reading every single detail as I trusted Manjeet's words. NOT once she ever mentioned the word non-refundable". Repeatedly she said "If you don't' like it... you have #days to return it" (Not once she said the word "exchange" nor "non-refundable). This unnecessary headache could have all been avoided if Manjeet would have just uttered the words "Non-refundable!". Therefore

Our Rep Kam gave us an awesome deal on my kids bed setup. She was very informative and gave us excellent customer service A++. We'd love to shop with you again in the future.

Leon’s in Abbotsford, is where I have made multiple purchases and have always dealt with the illustrious, Michael.He is always very helpful, friendly, kind and professional, he knows not only how to help his customers make their decisions and purchases, but also truly does care about his customers.
