Very well coming and nice manager the hair stylist (Afsoon )is so professional and friendly, I have a very thick and long hair and she did an amazing layering on my hair with a reasonable price.

I went there to cut my teenage girl’s hair which was stressed, the owner is really friendly,he melt the ice in a minute with my daughter. They where patient and gentle and she was happy with the results.It’s a clean and nice place. I recommend this beauty salon and for sure I’ll go back again.

Unprofessional manner of the manager, un organized in terms of timing and appointments… Im usually not a picky person but the japes and the un professional manner of the manager who did not accept his mistakes in terms of un organized timing and the quality of services was really bothering. However, the lady( afsoon) who works there is a really nice does the haircuts nicely.

The hair stylist there ( Afsoon) is amazing! She is professional, fair and patient.My issue was with the owner. His price list was 35$ for the simple hair cut, however, he charged me 65$ for the haircut. When I asked him why he is charging me 30$ more, he said the material’s price has gone up and he had to raise the price.I won’t go back to his hair saloon as I didn’t find him fair and honest. He only think about how to overcharge people rather than making people to come back again.My experience was really disappointing, and I hope he realizes by over charging people and upsetting people, he won’t have his clients coming back to him.I won’t recommend him, and if you had no other option, please make sure to finalize the price before you sit on the chair!!!!

Was skeptical going into the salon as it was my first time, came out feeling super confident. The gentleman working there is so awesome and actually cares about his customers. My hair feels healthier now than it did before, pretty safe to say my search looking for a great hair salon stops at Zarsima Hair Salon.

The owner is really nice and welcoming. The stylist who gave me a haircut, Afsoun, was very good at her job wand ensured that the work done was what I had asked for. As part of the service, I got a wash and a blow-dry. They didn't try to force me into anything and did not advertise products, which was pleasant. The price was very fair.

I'm really satisfied with my haircut. I recommend this place to anyone wants to get very short haircut.

Bought a Groupon for both my mother and myself. The Groupon cost $37 each for partial highlights cut and antifrizz treatment. After only being able to book an appointment for my mother we arrived to get her hair done. What we recieved was a full solid or single color and a cut. No anti frizz treatment. They offer exactly what my mother recieved plus a antifrizz treatment for lower cost of $33 on Groupon. But some how they managed to take the $37 Groupon plus charged me $120. The person who cut my mother's hair didn't really speak English and seemed in a very negative mood during the whole process. She took her mask off and didn't follow covid protocol. And even got upset with my mother and said no to her when she asked for her bangs to be shorter. I am returning the Groupon I bought for myself and advising everyone that they basically conned me out of $170. For something that I could of done and she would of had better service.When I contacted Groupon to explain the situation they told me there is nothing they can do other than issue me the $7.40 Groupon dollars .
