Heard from my grandchild Subway in Dorchester Ontario is not safe. I think it needs to investigated. Staff unlocked door to a washroom ? So a young Dorchester girl gets stomped in the head by two London girls we need to see the video NOW

Came in yesterday just after the lunch rush, I suspect (around 2pm...one of the three working the counter left as I was being served.) They all seemed to work very well together - like a well-oiled machine. One gal was handing the other fresh bins of toppings to replace the ones my sandwich preparer was running out of. Efficient. Food was decent. Ladies were pleasant and friendly. Very good experience.

I do not recommend using the online service. I placed an order was told it cant be fulfilled and that I was also not able to get a refund. ONLY after filing a complaint did the owner reach out advising he would issue the refund. then after going back and forth he stated he couldn't actually that I had to go into the store (who told me they cant refund me) to get the refund. I took the loss and lesson but I advise everyone not to go here or at least not to use the online services.

Today 2 grade 9 students sought refuge in the locked bathroom from 4 attackers. Attackers lied to staff and staff member used staff key to unlock the door as the two terrified girls screamed they were in danger. The staff ignored this and both girls were attacked. One escaped and chased by a local 16 boy and the second was beaten by 3 female youths from London Ontario.

I was not impressed, the actions an goofing around the staff are doing while on shift.Was unacceptable.The person whom made the sub was not even paying any attention to what he was doing as the other staff member was goofing around. My sub was sloppy an the bread was hard. I come in here numerous times an time after time. It’s always disappointing. This will be my last visit to this location.

Not close to closing time, but chairs were on the tables. Nice young man behind the counter was alone, doing his best with too many customers (4 people ahead of us 2), so it was a longer wait than usual

The chicken sandwich sidekick is $4.It is both smaller then the junior/snack sandwiches you'll find elsewhere while being a fair bit more expensive.No thank you.
