The Best Connection Inc. - Hamilton

I had a really wonderful experience with TBC, Hamilton office specifically. The application process was clear, organized and extremely responsive. My point of contact, Thomas, was fantastic. Very friendly, professional and truly wanted to help me find success at my job placement. Every step of the process and what to expect was communicated clearly and also could go to him with any questions. I ended up getting an offer of full time employment with my first job placement a couple weeks before my 3 month contract even ended. I mean, of course you have to do the work yourself and have a good work ethic, but I couldn't have gotten where I am now or even find this opportunity without the Best Connection and Thomas. They truly help set you up for success. It also was great to get a weekly pay check as opposed to bi-weekly, and it was always correct and on time. Highly recommend going through these guys!

Horrible service i filled out in application and didn't get an interview after they said they would book an interview. 2 times already, i got nothing from them

Absolutely great experience right from the first phone call. Carla is the best always replied within hours.It was one week from when I reached out to my first day of work and they were even to place me in a job in my hometown.I applied for a installer position but after seeing my resume Carla suggested I apply for another position within the company which I’m the end paid considerably more money.I would without a doubt reach out to Carla again if ever needed.Excellent service 10/10Thank you very much Carla and Best Connection You have gone above and beyond!

Took forever to get a job and called to check in and to keep updated but they kept saying they will have something and it's been a month and a half
