Purolator

Same as the other 1 star review, sunny skies and clear roads but my packages were delayed due to weather for the past few days. Today i watched the delivery truck pass my location twice with no delivery made to my address.

Worst couriers going, scanned bad weather delay on a beautiful sunny day yet I see deliveries being made around town, been checked into CB sort facility three days in a row, one package was delivered leaking its contents only to put it on top of the other parcel to be leaked on, another was beat up like it was dragged to the house from the sort facility. ZERO stars, do better!

SENT AN EMERGENCY PART FOR A CLIENT WHO WANTS OVERNIGHT AIR TO CORNER BROOK , NFLD THE PART WAS SENT OVERNIGHT ONE MONDAY AND ARRIVED IN CORNER BROOK ON FRIDAY. NOT BAD FOR OVER NIGHT DONT YOU THINK. THEN THE PART WAS HANDED OFF TO THEIR CONTRACTED DELIVERY PARTNER FOR FLOWERS COVE NFLD. THE LISTED REASON WHY THE PART WAS NOT DELIVERED WAS THAT THEY TRIED 3 TIMES ON THREE DIFFERENT DAYS THROUGHOUT THE WEEK TO DELIVER BUT THERE WAS NO ONE THERE TO RECEIVE IT. THIS IS SUCH A LIE AS AS THE PART ONLY ARRIVED IN CORNER BROOK ON FRIDAY AS IT WAS IN ST JOHNS FOR 3 DAYS. THIS HAS GOT TO STOP AS THIS IS NOT THE FIRST OF SUCH REASONS WHY A PART WAS NOT DELIVERED ESPECIALLY OVERNIGHT AIR SERVICE.

A huge shoutout to purlator yesterday for not only delivering my package yesterday, but also to make sure to cover my parcel in plastic, so it wouldn’t get soaked in the rain :)Thanks so much guys that extra step meant a lot!

Purolator is the worse shipping company in Newfoundland. ive had expensive packages left on the door step that ive payed $4.75 to have it signed for upon delivery. had packages that have been out for delivery on a Friday that have been mysteriously been delayed do to road closure when road closures are not a think here. absolute trash company with lazy drivers.

Parcels was delivered on date shown on tracking information and the delivery agents are very professional and courteous. Thanks

Package has been in cornerbrook since the second of September and never got a single update if it's left or not it's now the 7th and no updates it's about a half drive to where I am

My order kept getting weather delays" when it was overcast and the roads from my place to the warehouse were bare. These "delays" ended up being Purolator sending my package over to Canada Post as the driver refused to come to my location."

Wish I could give zero stars for Purolator service I received in Corner Brook, NL. I spent the whole day at home waiting for a very important package; the driver did not come to my door, but just left a note in my mailbox for failed delivery. When I called the store, they told me we don't have control over our drivers". No acknowledgement
