Brand new boat has a crack in it. No response from customer service. These guys are straight up crooks. One star review is only because I can't leave a negative 5 star review.

Had my a Boreal for a few months and got an email asking how it performs. Short answer … amazing!

September 2022… Really NO customer support whatsoever. 6 emails, phones calls sent.. No answers or resolution…. JUST BUY SOMETHING ELSE …. They manufacture Riot, BorealDesign and Azul Kayaks. You’ve been warned.

Was very pleased with the product, high quality and well made. Would highly recommend. If I could give more stars I would.

Impossible company to get a hold off! Stick to brands like Perception or Old Town. I ordered a kayak and it came cracked and unusable. Warranty? Customer Service? Non-existent. Thieves.

It took awhile to get a response but once I got a hold of someone, they were very knowledgeable and helped a lot. Kudos.

Bottom of the barrel customer service!We have had a warranty claim on our Riot kayak since October 2021. We used it once, the bottom cracked. We took all the steps outlined in the warranty claim section of their website, only to have our 'ticket closed' with no explanation. We continue to email and communicate to have our warranty recognized. We are very frustrated to have an expensive kayak that we cannot use, and no customer service from Riot or Kayak Distribution Inc. We will continue to advise family, friends and tourists to not bother wasting their money on their pieces of garbage products.

Have been working on getting a warranty replacement replacement for OVER a year. Terrible communication. Stick with trusted brands like native or old townMy kayak developed first size cracks under the seat track on both sides on under 2 years. First crack started not even a year of ownership.

Honestly i wasn’t going to respond to the review request email since it took me months to hear back on my broken foot brace. But the new team went above and beyond and not only helped me replace my broken foot brace but offered to solve my rudder problem too. top notch to whatever they’re doing now.
