J B Refrigerated Delivery

We ordered gelato ice cream cakes from Gelateria Dolce Amore and J B Refrigerated Delivery was their delivery service. We agreed to pay the extra $45 to have the cakes delivered to our wedding venue the night before the big day and have them stored in their freezers. However, for some reason JB took it upon themselves to call our venue a week or so in advance, and since their call was not answered, JB decided to cancel the delivery of our cake without discussing anything with us or even with Dolce Amore. So they left us stranded and my parents had to buy several bags of ice, enough to line the trunk of their car with it, and go from Delta to Vancouver to pick up the gelato cakes from Dolce Amore the night before our wedding and deliver it to the venue themselves in New Westminster. I do NOT recommend J B Refrigerated Delivery because they are very unprofessional and refused to deliver the cake afterwards even though our venue's caterer called JB directly, as they had previously worked together and so they knew JB to try and convince them, but to no avail. Don't waste your time with these guys! I would give less than 1 star if I could.

Never used their service but I just spotted their driver threw a banana out of the window from their van while driving. May be he thought he's playing Mario Kart.
