Excellently run business. Helpful, patient & accommodating. They went out of their way to offer just what we needed although they could easily have upsold. Custom built a special size, no problem. Delivery guy brought it right to the bed & took all the packaging away for reuse. Locally made. Only drawback is the shop/factory is not bikable/walkable.

Phenomenal products. I have never had a better mattress. Phenomenal people and service too.

Having mix reviews right now about this place. First time I went seemed like they didnt want my business. Went back again because the bed was the best I found for me. Second time they were more helpful but then when I bought the bed said someone would call me in a day or two, and bed would be ready in a week. First no one called, called back 9 days later to see where the bed was, told would be being build the next week, next week no one calls again, called again said be another couple days, no call again. Call back 9 days later again, they say they forgot to call. Overall mixed review but the bed is super comfortable and I like supporting local. But the service needs to step up a bit.

Bait and switch during a worldwide pandemic. WOW. It seems people do care more about the almighty dollar than their customers health during a worldwide pandemic. Manager Ron assured me to come to the store to view a product they assured me by phone twice and by email once had the exact feature I was looking for. After doing some research I phoned back and pushed for the truth and they were forced to tell me that it did not have the feature I wanted. But still wanted me to come to the store. This is disgusting. Do not shop here. Ps. It was not a mistake. This is a second time they have done this..

Night staff right to the last minute of his work day was patient and informative. Sold us just what we were looking for.

Family run, and they make you feel at home. Low pressure sales, upfront pricing. So far we're really happy with our new mattresses and adjustable frames!

Just bought a mattress from here. We are very happy with it. This is the second time I have purchased from this place. I love that their mattresses are made locally and that your money stays in Saskatoon. I also loved that the store had a very well behaved dog. Great local business l!

We bought the first Saskatchewan made bed about 14 years ago from their Regina store when they had one. We were so happy with the buying experience and the product, there was no question where to go. The slight down side is that the Regina store is no more. I called the Saskatoon factory store and spoke to Shannon. She was so great to work with in trying to make our next bed purchase. She looked up in their old files and found out what we current had and was able to recommend 2 choices that would fit our request. I made the trip to Saskatoon a few weeks later, did some final review in their showroom and bought one on the spot. I was loaded up and heading back home in no time. Thank you so much Shannon.
