I recently visited this restaurant and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staff and immediately taken by the cozy, warm atmosphere.The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the juicy Lucy on fire and was blown away by the flavour and presentation. Every bite was bursting with flavor and the portion size was generous. My dining companion ordered the crispy chicken burger and was equally impressed.In addition to the excellent food, the service was top-notch. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, offering helpful recommendations and checking in on us throughout the meal.Overall, I highly recommend dining at this restaurant . From the delicious food to the outstanding service, it's a dining experience that I won't soon forget

My boyfriend and I both came here to get milkshakes. I ordered the caramel milkshake while he ordered the strawberry. don’t believe half the reviews here but pretty sure they’re fake. Service was absolute garbage. When we got our shakes, we told the staff there is no whip cream despite there being photos on their board of whip cream being on top of the milkshake. When we asked about it, we were ignored and told that it doesn’t come with whip cream. Why have a photo of whip cream being on top of the milkshake if that is not what you offer? Such false advertisement.

We frequently order from here and always very satisfied. The special pick there is definetely their tornado fries that you will not find anywhere around which is a good match with your burger. I already get the cheesy lucy with a huge amount of cheese sauce and the compressor which get my stomach very full. Nice quality of meat, tasty and juicy patties.

This was the best experience at a burger joint. The food was impeccable, hit different! And they killed it with their funnel cake. I would absolutely recommend you stop by this location. Fun for everyone in the family. Kudos to the staff! Worth every cent spent.

Delicious taste, amazing service.The Juicy Lucy burger was so good and the best part is that they have everything halal.One of the best burgers I've had in Waterloo Region. Plenty of options to choose from as toppings and a good portion for the price. Would definitely go back again.All fresh I was told their burger meat is never frozen so its always fresh and tasty they definitely did not disappoint. Will be going there with my family and friends again and again.

We decided to try this restaurant based on reviews and ratings. We ordered a cheeseburger combo with cut fries and an utility steak sandwich combo with onion rings.Cheeseburger was fresh made and juicy. The fries were crisp and perfectly made. Crunchy exterior and a light, fluffy interior.The utility steak sandwich was wholesome.Overall had a good experience.

Had an amazing experience at the burger factory restaurant!Burger was the best I ever had, and also the ambience was super fun.There were enough tables and plenty of parking space was a plus.Restaurant has multiple burger options, and the fries were super tasty.cost was reasonable for the quantity and quality of the burger, and that it was enough for one person.Restaurant is well-known in the nearby location for its burgers, and i would rate my experience a 5/5.

An authentic burger chain - a must try in Waterloo if/when you crave burgers.The service was fast despite the crowd. Juicy & big portions! Everything we tried was tasty so far. I recommend Juicy Lucy On Fire and Cut Fries" especially. I was keen to try funnel cake and milkshake but was already full this time

Went to Burger Factory recently as had seen the good reviews of it. Got a table easily. If you are wanting pizza or something other than burgers and fries then it's not the place for you. Had the juicy lucy on fire burger which was really good plus the compressor, fries, some onion rings and their funnel cake. The only complaint was that the fries were a bit warmer then they should be. The gravy is just genius. The onion rings was just yum. Oh and the funnel cake topped with strawberry syrup and ice-cream was amazing. Will definitely go again as want to try more of their burgers. One tip though, unless you have health issues do not have the burger well done, have it how they recommend as it is far better.

Horrible experience.The location seemed unsanitary. Dirty fan blowing air everywhere. I saw an employee put used gloves back in the box with the new gloves.I ordered a crispy chicken burger. The burger took 20 minutes to finish, most of the workers were just standing around.The burger was super disappointing. Instead of the chicken piece showed on the menu, they gave me two small pieces of chicken tenders inside the burger (had to open the burger to see if there was chicken even in there, so tiny). I was finished the chicken halfway through the burger. They also did not include the sauces I ordered. Otherwise, the vegetables (lettuce, tomato, onions) seemed fresh and tasted good.Will not be returning.
