I went in at 10am on Sunday Nov 10 to buy a hair straightener for my daughter. The young lady working there could not have been better (I really wish I had gotten her name). Friendly, knowledgeable and able to answer questions I had based on the research I had done in advance. Excellent experience!

Went to Trade Secrets in the tanger mall recently and had a really good experience!! The store is bright and spotless. The staff are super knowledgeable and friendly. The lady working helped me pick out a new shampoo and conditioner that I'm absolutely in love with!! Also, you must try the WOW dream coat spray, it is amazing!!! Makes my hair feel like glass. The Milkshake purple shampoo works awesome too! 10/10 recommend going here!

Just went to the store to purchase a few items. I presented the coupon that I received in the mail. The staff refused to accept it claiming they were not part of the participating stores. I did not argue, completed the purchase and I left. I went back after I realized they were indeed listed as one of the participating stores. The staff told me I apologize but this is my store and I will ask you to leave". Completely unnecessary..."

I found a cheap metal grater-type thing to scrape callouses off my feet. Much needed! I thought it would be $5, but it was two for $10, or $6,75 each. I was too embarrassed to go back and find another gadget to add to it. I accidentally broke it trying to get it ready for use. It's still usable, though. So I'm happy. The store mostly sells stuff for women, and I'm a man person, so I can't get too enthusiastic about it.

Want to be hovered over by staff as though you're going to steal something? This is the perfect place to experience this sort of unpleasantness.My wife and I were at this store on a Sunday morning just after they opened - yet, the woman working that morning felt the need to stay next to us trying to look busy doing useless tasks as we shopped. We were the only 2 ppl in the store and are by no means sketchy looking people - we are business professionals.Trade Secrets, I understand that loss prevention is important, but you clearly have work to do on retraining your staff so that they make your customers feel uneasy.
