Horrible service. Amazon switched to them and to be honest they make me not even want to order Amazon anymore. I have mobility issues, recovering from recent surgery and every delivery from them does not follow instructions to bring to me door. A) it is left in an unsafe location, b) it is inaccessible for me to get it and carry the items, and c) THEY IGNORE CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS.

Was told package was on its way from the next town over and would arrive in 3 hours. 8 hours later, nothing. Call them only to find out apparently their driver dropped everything back off at their depot at noon because he couldn't get to it all. I don't mind having to wait another day but give me the common courtesy of informing me if there's going to be a delay. Now apparently my package might arrive tomorrow, or maybe the next day. Seriously?? The only reason this isn't a one star review is because the lady on the phone sounded just as fed up as I am with the problems. Thank you for commiserating with me and I hope you are paid well for your time. Avoid this company if at all possible.

This is the absolute best delivery service. I wish they would deliver all of our parcels. They deliver exactly when they say they will, giving you a 3-hour window and then send another text when it’s been delivered. Fantastic!

The delivery personnel hired by Amazon is fantastic. We consistently receive our packages, no matter the time of day, or weather, especially around the holiday season. During the 2021 Christmas season, with weather-related transport delays, I received my package on Christmas Day! Thanks, Intelcom, for your hard work and for going above and beyond!

Worst company in the entire world, I have videos of them not even trying to deliver my parcel to my apartment and when they do they are extremely ignorant and I’ve tried making a formal complaint 5 different times and every person I speak to refuses to let me speak to a manager or higher up and then hangs up mid sentence, 0/10 for customer service 0/10 for delivery service. If you have an issue with INTELCOM it’s pointless trying to call them

Our indoor Pickleballs were delivered as promised. I noticed a six month warranty, so will be interested to see if they hold up. Play starts at the beginning of June. I'll repost later in the season.

I received notification that my package was delivered, but unfortunately it was the wrong item, and delivered to the wrong address. Customer service was friendly but unable to get in touch with the driver, so we just have to hope that the driver will eventually figure it out and go back and find my package wherever it ended up. I'm shocked that anyone would use this company by choice.
