I was in and out within 20 minutes. Joan met me near the TVs which I was there to buy and she helped make it easy and quick as possible for me to get my purchase done. Joan is a great salesperson and person in general. Would recommend her service!

Leon's in Coldbrook was the best customer service we have ever received. As soon as we were in the door Andrea was there to assist us. She answered our questions about the products we were looking at and never pressured us about any choice. She was professional and personable. The admin staff were friendly and helpful as well. All around a great team.

Had great service a year ago purchasing a living room set but last week, we saw a TV advertised in the flyer, it had the specs we wanted in a television and we went in and purchased it right away, actually went for a larger one since it was in stock. After its arrival we discovered that the specs in their flyer didn’t match the actual specs on this particular television. After talking with one associate he indicated he would attempt to find a tv with what we wanted for the cost advertised in the flyer, I assume it didn’t go well for him as I never heard back. All I got back was a call 6 days later from a different associate saying hey we have this one that’s $600 more, want that? There was no communication with me regarding the false advertising or an attempt to make good on their mistake. Pretty disappointing. At least try to keep a customer.

This review has been long over due! A few months back myself and my partner were in to purchase a new furniture set. From start to finish my experience was seamless. I have recommended this location to two other people and will continue to do so! The gentlemen from the warehouse were super helpful and funny too when bringing us our furniture. Great touch! Nice to see a local spot employing some bright individuals.

I went into Leon’s on a Friday in desperate need of a washer.Joan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and had me a washer that on its way to the store on Monday with a Tuesday delivery. She also mentioned a special promotion of two major appliances with a discount, which worked perfectly as we also needed a washer.I was in contact with Leon’s the morning of delivery to express my concerns over the ability to safely get the fridge into the house. The delivery drivers were friendly, with great customer service who went above and beyond any expectations I had and in fact when they left both the washer and refrigerator were in the house, safely where I needed them. Beater service I have had in years!

A few months ago we purchased a King Size bed. We love it. Sales Lady Andrea helped us. Wonderful lady & very helpful.Today we purchased 2 Recliner Chairs and were not disappointed by the helpful staff. Thank you Kevin for your help with the chairs.We love Leon's because you don't have to stand around or look for someone to help you. We definitely will be going back for more household items.

Very happy with our experience with Leons. We purchased a special order fridge and they were extremely communicative during the entire process. On the day of delivery the tracking app is so helpful to know when they will arrive and the delivery guys were friendly and very helpful. Great customer service from beginning to end!

Gar was incredible to deal with when purchasing our new couch. I will certainly be coming back for my recliner.The drivers I had were incredible. Courteous, quick, and even helped with the assembly.All in all, very happy with the service, and this place should be considered for any furniture or appliances.

We had a wonderful experience buying our new mattress today. Joan was very helpful, knowledgeable, and made shopping with two children a pleasant experience. We will be back for future purchases!
