Had the pleasure of purchasing a 2022 Chevrolet Colorado from James and the team at Wolfe Chevrolet. I have bought several new cars in the past and this was the best buying experience by far. Everything was done online and I only had to come to the dealership to sign papers. The truck was un transit when I made the purchase and was delivered on time with no problems. Really a first class dealership here who takes care of there customers. When I am in the market for a new truck I don't need to go anywhere else. Thanks Wolfe Chevrolet

The staff was very friendly, focused on me, my needs, and my vehicle. They gave me honest opinions. My vehicle ended up being written off, but the professional customer service I recited from them was tremendous and greatly appreciated. I would recommend them to anybody needing a body shop. The manager met with me and he knew his auto body, the service coordinator was awesome. She called me to arrange a drop off time on Saturday for me, and she even check with the car rental company to ensure I had a rental available. They even offered to drive me and my dog the block to the rental agency. They really know what customer service is all about.

I was treated very well by the personable staff. My vehicle was in for routine maintenance and a small, hard to detect problem that could have become a bigger problem was caught. Compliments to the techs and the customer service staff.Update : due to a technician mistake while doing some work on my vehicle, it developed an issue that was going to require an expensive repair. My vehicle is out of warranty so I expected a run around. What I got was a wonderful response from Wayne and the service dept. who owned the mistake, and looked after the problem. Dealers can get a bad rap but this service dept. has been a model of integrity, and they deserve credit. Thank you.

Shout out to our guy Andrew for helping us getting our first truck! Also with the help of Vince and Dave who were very helpful closing the deal and took the time showing us each and every numbers that were on the bill of sale. As I want to try and make sure that there were nothing unusual that will be added on the deal. We were not planning on buying one but its hard to resist the deal on that day. We told them that we will think about it over the weekend as it was a big purchase. They agreed, we put a $500 deposit and we felt that they were not pushy and respected our decision. So we love that! Good people! Hope you guys sell more!

This was my third and final stop for car shopping I was greeted by David and I can honestly say he was wonderful, not pressuring at all and worked with what I wanted added to my vehicle! I will now forever recommend him. When my vehicle arrived he sent me a little video showing me it and set up a time I could pick it up. When I picked it up he was sure to show me EVERYTHING I needed to know. David in finance also helped me and was very nice and showed me all possibilities!

Keith, Michael and Vince were all a pleasure to work with. I do not live local to Edmonton so the majority of our communication was done via e-mail/calls and working with the team at Wolfe made it extremely easy. They were very responsive and transparent throughout the whole process.The only time I step foot at the dealership was during delivery day and despite it went very smooth. It was based on a personal recommendation that initially brought me to Wolfe and I do not have any qualms referring them in the future.Thanks!
