We have tried a few property managements company in the past as we had may issues with them in the past, But since we found Ottawa VIP Property Management, they have been managing my properties since 2014, we never ever experienced any issues with our tenants and with Ottawa VIP. Ottawa VIP provided excellent services in helping me find a tenant for my home, including a robust application process and frequent communication. I particularly liked the home move-in inspection, which was very thorough. The only reason this isn't a 5 out of 5 rating is because the tenants were quite rough on the home - unfortunately, they had misrepresented themselves in their application, which can be difficult to catch.When this came to light, Ottawa VIP was instrumental in working with me to complete the necessary forms to terminate the tenancy due to damages, and afterwards provided excellent recommendations for a reasonably priced handy man who brought the home back up to standard.
