Such a great experience! The staff were SO accommodating and helpful. We saw them interacting with each other when not helping tables and they were smiling and laughing, you could tell they liked working here. They brought everything over so fast and checked on us at the perfect times.The food came out QUICK! It was so delicious and huge portions. Definitely worth the money. Every thing we got was delicious and so full of flavour. Well cooked and hot when it arrived at the table. The fried chicken was soooo good! Totally understand why they’re known for it.The atmosphere was great, lots of people laughing and having a great time. No one seemed angry or upset. This is a definite recommend!If you find yourself near this restaurant please check it out, you won’t be disappointed!

Had dinner at Kosoo for the first time. The restaurant was packed with a small line up waiting. Recommend calling ahead to reserve, but we got seated very quickly. Noticed the huge servings of food at each table. We ordered the original chicken, bone broth soup that included rice. Side veggies were also unlimited! Love the pickled radish and sweet potatoes. The chicken was perfectly seasoned, crisp on the outside and tender on the inside! It was a perfect meal and a lot for 2 people, taking leftover chicken home. Would definitely come back to try their other dishes! Staff was very sweet and super efficient! Give them a try, totally worth it!

The food here is amazing. We ordered boneless original fried chicken, soy garlic chibap and a bossam original with soju for a very good price. The portions are extremely generous and we definitely had leftovers to take home. The side dishes included were fantastic as well! Loved their kimchi side dishes. And I found their sign in system to wait for a table so effective and useful!

This is my third visit to this Korean restaurant, I love all the food in this restaurant, especially the Korean fried chicken, there are many flavors. It’s always incredible and tasty. I went here at dinner time, and they serve each seat only for two hours, but it's good enough for a dinner.

While visiting from Ottawa, we decided to try a nice Korean restaurant. The hotel front end recommended Kooso, and they were on the money.The fried chicken is simply amazing, with a really nice batter. We also had the garlic fried chicken, which was also amazing. The pork belly was simply divine.Did I overeat? Yes. Was it worth it? Yes! Even my picky son liked a large number of items on the table.

BAD Service❌Restaurant was so COLD❌Ambience 3/10Food 7/10Kimchi Stir Fried Rice with Sunny side Egg on top. 8/10Supreme Bone-In fried chicken 7/10,Soy garlic Bon-In fried chicken 6/10,Bone-In was better than Bone-lessBone-in fried chicken comes with potato and corn, also added fried rice cake!!! Corn was so bad! Fried rice cake was cold!!!!!8$ for SMALL glass of beer !!!!!

Went on a Friday after work and it was really busy, big line! I guess there was few staff, many of them looked overwhelmed as the place was really crowded, it took like 15 minutes to one server came to our table to take the order. Besides that, the service was not prompted and attentive with things that were missing like cups and cutlery when another person from our group arrived. Food was good, we ordered half supreme fried chicken and half garlic soy sauce fried chicken, I preferred the second one better and kimchi rice, the portions were well served and prices ok but being honest nothing super outstanding that could catch my attention to go back.

Have returned. Highly recommended. Top 5 Fried chicken.Tried most of the flavours, they're all amazing and perfectly fried. Sometimes the saucy ones at other places get soggy, not here. It stays crunchy, juicy and tender. Exactly what you want.The wasabi fried chicken is pretty interesting, keeps it fresh and not too fatty.Really reasonable pricing for half size ($18-$19), will feed 2. Haven't dined in yet. Lots of lines during dinner, expect 45mins +Takes AMEX.
