I have been going to Fabricland since I was 5 years old (back when they were in West Edmonton Mall). Always love the staff and great selection.

They seem to have a poor attitude. No return policy of any kind. Prices several times higher than the next closest competitor. Just take you business to a retailer that respects it's clients. Try Marshall Fabric you will thank yourself when you see the difference.

Bought a few things for sewing projects, and they had lots of sales in December. Fabrics are expensive these days, but I was able to find some on sales. Don't like the idea that it cost a bit to join as a member to get some discounts, unless you do a lot of sewing, then it maybe worth it.

Went to buy fabric to make our own curtains. Employees were very helpful showing us how to do it ourselves. Good selection of fun prints on all types of fabric. You spend more than a hundred bucks and the membership pretty much pays for itself already. I'm sure we will be going back here and I would recommend this place.

I purchased material and there was only 2.5 metres left on spool. I only needed 1.5 metres and I tried to return due to high cost even though it was 35% off. They refused - and the material was not cut, I bought the whole left over. Not good customer service, should have waited for my usual store. Service was poor - waited. And yes, I am aware of customer service and where does it go from there. Not good!

Great selection, very well organized.The staff is not super friendly exceptional for one wonderful gentleman that I adore chatting with.Always spend more than I was expecting at this location.
