Customer service is horrible if you have a problem. The salesman is rude, argumentative and dismissive when you try to talk to him. They made a terrible mistake by putting the fabric on my settee backwards or wrong side out($650 labour). I brought it up immediately and the salesman argued with me that their upholsterers knew what was the right side or wrong side. I told the salesman at the time of order, exactly what I wanted several times before the work was done and showed him the fabric. He said no problem. (This is the second time, I settled on accepting something they did not do as the salesman promised.) I would not recommend this place and will not place any future orders with them.
