Have been ordering my daughters school pictures from Edge Imaging since 2013 and I absolutely LOVE The quality! Never disappointed with the way the photos come out. Always friendly customer service and such sweet staff! Thank you Sandra for being so helpful!

Just want to say a great big thanks to Sandra, for such amazing service today. We are so happy with the grad pics that they did for our son, had one small issue with a selection error and Sandra fixed it for us. Thanks to Edge Imaging for the great pics, our package was a great price as well. Keep up the good work!

Ordered digital copies for my daughter's grad and was in desperate for 1 digital image for her grad video prep. I chat with one of their staff Jessica on the same day I placed the order and was able to get them to email the teacher 1 image since its a rush. Appreciate the quick response and accomodation from Jessica. The rest of the digitals I will be waiting by email. 5 star for a great customer service!

I realized today that I had misplaced the portrait codes for my daughter’s JK photos from several years ago, and forgotten to download some photos I had ordered back in 2020. I didn’t have much hope, but I figured it wouldn’t hurt to call. I was assisted by Sandra C, and she was absolutely wonderful. So helpful, and she was able to not only find my missing photos but also re-sent me links to download photos from my expired order. She gave me excellent customer service, and I’m thrilled to have my photos. Thank you Sandra!

I ordered (and can still currently order) a $45 package from the fall pictures. It's a mid-high end package.The cheapest package I’m being offered for grad photos is $69.I’d be getting less than half the pictures for $24 more. The closest package offered is “The Graduate” and it’s $162.I’ve already paid $35 for a sitting fee that I don’t have to pay for a fall session.UPDATEAfter asking that I contact them and Edge would love to work with you to find the perfect package"

I had a great experience with Jessica today while trying to consolidate many years worth of my children's pictures. Getting what I needed was quick and so easy with their live chat function. Having access to past school photos is absolutely priceless when you need to replace them. Thanks so much, Jessica!

My daughter did a photo re-take of her graduation picture that she wasn't happy with. I called Edge and spoke with Sandra who was amazing. She assured me that they would make sure the original photo was used for her graduation picture and even sent me a follow up email to confirm our conversation. Great customer service!

My daughters had their dance photos taken and I only received the proofs for 1 of them. I called and spoke with Sandra Conceicao who immediately went to work on getting me a link for the missing proof in under 2 hours. Sandra was very pleasant to speak with and extremely efficient. Amazing service by Doyshan who helped me multiple times with ensuring my son was able to order his grad pictures from his home school despite having the photos taken at a different school while he was away at hockey. It wasn’t the most simplest transaction but Doyshan’s expertise made everything run smoothly. Thank you!!!

Once this company was booked at school, Sebastian was very communicative and responded to my many questions via email and/or phone. Him and his photographer made all the students feel comfortable and provided formal attire before taking their grad photos. This helped provide inclusion for all students.This is the first time I've had the chance to meet and interact with the manager (usually it's just a brief conversation with the photographer). Communicating with Sebastian helped me understand the challenges they face to try ensuring ALL needs, demands and requests are fulfilled. I don't know any company that can consistently do that, however, the fact both Sebastian and the photographer are always courteous, communicative, understanding and positive helps make the experience far more comforting and pleasant.
