The office staff are terrible. The four eyed brown haired bat lady had that nerve to tell me off when my mask was lowered, whilst she wasnt wearing one. Poor practices and attitudes.

Today around 11:50AM near exit 359 on westbound 401 a piece of wood flew off your truck and cracked my windshield. Pretty scary stuff to see something that large flying so fast towards you. Buy a tarp and cover up your wood. It's dangerous and worse things could happen.
