Just picked up a RX350 last week and the experience has been wonderful. The customer service was amazing from everyone. It all began with the extremely friendly and helpful Alice that guided us along, to the highly professional and charming sales Howard. They were very upfront and honest about the vehicle shortage and we were told there could be a long wait, but the vehicle came in much sooner than expected! During the wait Howard always let us know of any new updates, and was able to answer all questions and concerns. I could tell that Howard was extremely knowledgeable in the automobile industry, along with a superb customer service.When we went to pick up the car, Howard was again there to explain the whole process and Chester took over and helped us finalize the transaction. My dad who was hard of hearing had to repeat a couple questions, in which Chester was very patient in answering!After the transaction we went into the car where Kevin took over in explaining everything in detail. With new technology there are always a lot of little details to go over, but it was very easy to understand Kevin and made the whole process smooth. He also helped us set up the app and syncing to the vehicle.Overall, it was really a simple and great experience, which I thought was very important. I don’t like having things drag on and on. So, if I had to recommend anyone who needs a car, please head to Regency Lexus and look for Howard + the team!

I just recently picked up my 4th Lexus from Regency Lexus (3rd with Howard), and have always had great experience with Howard as my product advisor. He is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and patient.I would highly recommend Regency Lexus and Howard as a product advisor for anyone shopping the Lexus brand. Sales service great however I was not convinced when the financing department told me that I have to keep my loan open for 6 months. I called RBC being told the loan was completely open and no Penalty.However, I realize that the vehicle I bought was little small I wanted to get another one little bigger , I called and went to dealer not much of a follow-up as because I believe that the sales department and the financial department work hand in hand not to upset each other to keep the loan open for six months the so the financial person get there commission.Now I'm looking somewhere else.
