Joel was recommended to me by a friend. He helped me with my first property purchase. Applying to a mortgage can be a bit overwhelming for a first time buyer and a non-canadian citizen. Joel guided me through the whole process, making it a lot easier and stress-free. It's nice being able to skip all the appointments at the banks, especially during this covid time. Not only he did all the hard work for me, but he also introduced me to a great real estate agent and a notary, covering the whole spectrum.

Just want to thank Joel Sida for being such an attentive, supportive and professional mortgage broker during what can be a stressful experience. Joel was there every single step of the way and I am very grateful for what he accomplished for me in terms of my mortgage amount (being that I'm self employed it can be tricky) the bridge loan, mortgage rate and he even notified me about a $2500 cash back offer that TD was running that I was able to take advantage of.
