Really fantastic customer service. I ordered an Everlast exercise ball through Amazon, and it arrived looking great but the plastic plugs were missing from the box. So there was no way to keep the ball inflated with air. Reached out to Everlast directly and they got on top of it right away, sending me a new plug in the mail. It was sitting in my mailbox a week later. I really appreciate being looked after so well, so thanks guys!!

There was a small issue with a product I bought. I contacted Everlast about this, and they went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved. I will never hesitate to buy an Everlast product because of this experience. Their customer service is top notch.
