TWISTED BOOM

My work phone fell in the lake and the screen went black. I took it to 2 places that immediately said it can’t be fixed. A friend told me to check out Twisted Boom. Noel is a wizard! He had my phone fixed in less than 48hrs. Works better than it did before and I didn’t lose any information! Highly recommended.

This shop had the fairest price of all the ones I called in the area. It took no more than 10 minutes to repair my phone screen, and it is in perfect condition. Super happy with the service and would recommend to anyone looking for a repair or electronic accessories!

He replaced my shattered iPhone screen surprisingly fast (within a few hours!) and did an outstanding job (the screen looks great and works perfectly!). He did all of this at around half the price that everyone else was asking. I was so surprised! I was also impressed at how up front and honest he was about everything, even showing me an example of a similar phone with a replaced screen and patiently answering my many questions. He is very nice and highly professional. Best customer service of any tech repair place I’ve been to. I strongly recommend Twisted Boom!

I was really hoping not to have to write this 1 star review. I called the owner prior to making this review to try and rectify the situation but unfortunately no solution was offered.I had my phone screen repaired in Dec 2022, great service and the price was reasonable. In Jan 2023 i was holding my phone and it slipped out of my hand, was maybe 3 feet from the ground, picked it up and my screen went completely black and was cracked, went back to twisted boom and repaired it again, I also put on a screen saver this time to avoid any issues.In march my phone fell off the cushion of my couch and went black, the screen cracked but not the screen protector.I took my phone to another repair shop and they advised the parts being used are cheap and thats why I keep having issues.Lesson learned, I will ask more questions and do more research.currently using my old phone that is fully cracked on the screen but works perfect.You get what you pay for.

It’s so refreshing when you deal with a business that just does what they say they were going to do. I was visiting out of the country and came into Twisted Boom. The service was amazing and I left with the equipment I needed to be successful. Customer service is outstanding. He calls back every single time and we’ve had several video calls to work out small adjustments. I highly recommend this business. Please support small businesses they are worth every penny.

This guy needs a cape. Went in to buy a phone and HE ASKED to look at our broken phone. It had a small internal contact that had come loose. Fixed it on the spot. I apologized for not buying the phone and he said I don't worry about sales only solutions"Honesty and integrity

Yesterday I had the pleasure of dealing with Noel, whom provided stellar customer service. My screen was cracked and I called multiple repair places and just wasn't happy with the quote or the wait time for the repair. I called Noel at Twisted Boom and not only did he give me the most reasonable quote, he fixed the screen in just over an hour! I was very pleased with the quality as well, my phone is as good as new. There are a lot of great deals on electronics and other products as well. Would definitely recommend.
