Top Gun Car Wash

I've been over billed by the automatic billing. I have been chasing for weeks now trying to get my money back. I got billed for a monthly pass twice in a two week period. I have been to the car wash no less then four times now and they are either too busy and can't come to the office or don't know how to do the refund. I have talked to two people on the phone who after lengthy conversations have both agreed I was over charge but said I would have to come in for a refund in cash even though the charge was on my Visa. I was just there and told to come back Friday becuase the guy there today couldn't doesn't do refunds.Unacceptable way of doing business.

Bought the unlimited for two vehicles and so far I get my money worth. Not touchless but does a much better job. I'm satisfied.

My husband Always goes there when we are in the Bathurst area. They always do a top job. Friendly staff!

Expensive but better than the self-serve. Yes, some soap is left on the car but I just wipe it off ! Similar car washes in larger cities like Halifax are $15+. I rate it 4 out of 5.

Great car wash but the foam brush I used would have been better with more water (it was 100% foam but I find 50/50 foam and water cleans better).

I have a monthly pass and I called to make sure you were open till 5:00.I arrived at 4:45 and I was told we are closed and the guy was still there and he could have easily taken me since two cars were already there. I am not impressed since I had to drive for 20 minute. I understand if arrived at 4:55 or 5:00 but I was there at 4:45. Unacceptable.
