My daughter and i felt soooo upset. We are stocked outside the gate for two hours already and the gate will be closed at 730pm. She expects this show since i baught the tickets.we Cannot return them. But it will be Last time we come to see it. Sooooooo disappointed!!!

Been going for 25 years, my Dad for over 50 years. This year the traffic, crowd management was the worst it’s ever been… ever. We waited 3 hours in line and missed half the show on Friday night. Why the 5 stars? I wrote an email to them explaining the situation and received an apology and a full refund. I think that’s good customer service. I will be back next year. The event that we did see was great as always.

The organizer is great in making it an event for both fun and educating. The performers and pilots are excellent. The toilet is a little bit disappointing.

What a joke.Can't believe the disorganization of the event this year.Its like its their first time.Definitely do NOT recommend going.Save your money and do something else.

It's was an incredible day!! The crowds were great. The parking attendants were amazing and did fantastic job!! There were 6 check in booths 1 dedicated to walk in. We got there at 9am and parked by 945am and meet our friends.The vendors were a well placed and easy to get to and the food trucks are great just could be pushed back 5 feet so was not to bunch up the lines.The washrooms were clean the grounds were druggie weather held in for a few hiccups. That's mother nature and it what it is.The organizers and The speakers did an incredible job bouncing things around.Thankfully the Vampire went up the helicopter and the snowbirds. And the acrobatics it's was a spectacular day!!I thought the admissions fees were very reasonable.Nice job everyone

Always a great show and organization. I thought the format the show was in this year was just fine with no problems.

It took over 3 hours to get from Ladner and into the show. It's pretty disorganized, they should be prepared for a big crowd, they should have more people on the roads directing traffic. Once you get into the parking lot, I had to pay for our tickets and had to get out of my car and walk to 3 different people to pay. If they prefer for people to pay online, it should say that on their website or be prepared to receive their payment. I check my credit card statement this morning and have been over charged. When I asked for the receipt last night, the clerk said sorry I can't issue receipts. I can't get hold of anyone in their office to dispute it and will have to go through my credit card company. Once your in the event and show is great, but not enough food fenders, or bathrooms. I spend more time waiting in line ups than watching the show.

Absolutely the worst experience for any organized event I've had in my life. We showed up later on the Saturday around 12pm, it took over an hour to get parked. The event it self was obviously extremely over booked, like thousands of people over booked. Zero Covid precautions, line ups for the 20 some food trucks were over an hour long wait. Zero shade, no cooling stations, only one water filling station that we could find.We wanted to purchase two t-shirts, so we get to the one of two small booths selling memorabilia, which was a bunch of cheap $5 Gilden brand t-shirts, there was zero pricing, or signage anywhere to be seen. Finally we get our chance to pay with the only person manning the booth, the person tells us the price is $30 per shirt. We ended up paying the $60 total, now 6 days later I check my credit card receipt and we were charged $76 from a company called air show entertainment". I grab my receipt and it says $60

60 years of doing this show.. you would think they would be more organized. If you enjoy sitting in traffic for over 2 hours just to get in the gates and then stand in line for another hour to get something to eat/ drink, this is the show for you. If not, I definitely do not recommend wasting your time or money.

Watching the tail lights of the car in front of me for 4 hours was an absolute blast. There was a short 2 hour intermission of planes, drones, and fireworks.But seriously, if it had been more organized it could have been a pretty good event.
