Great store, run very well, with above-average square footage which means more space for more stuff to buy. Recently, they moved CDs and DVDs to the other side of the store, which diverted shoppers away from the checkout line area, thus relieving traffic contain in that area. Whoever is in charge of this store knows what they are doing. Keep up the great work!

Great second hand shop. You can find many things you need or mostly you done need:) but still there are many interesting things here with good prices. Its a little bit dusty place but if you need second hand stuffs here is the right place to go.

Large showcase jewelry selection, but there is this one African American lady who always has an attitude, I was like, where did all that come from. When the customers asked her nicely to show some jewelry, she gave them the eye rolls and smashed the jewelry against the glass counter very hard. And when there were still people in front of the showcase, she just says “ok that’s enough” and walks away, leaving them standing there. The other staff I’ve encountered were nice though.

Always friendly cashiers! Helpful and friendly staff at Value Village /La Village des Valeurs! A perfect place to bring donations, all received by a smiling attendant! Very industrious employees, serving the great, hard working community of Scarborough East!

The staff at this location are very helpful!Barbara asked if I needed a cart which I felt was kind and thoughtful…she noticed my hands were full and I was using a cane. Annet is always really nice to me and stops to say hello when she sees me. At the checkout, Anaeah was sweet and such amazing customer service. The store is usually looks organized and neat.The reason I did not give a 5 star is due to the prices being so high.Thank you Barbara, Annet and Anaeah for such excellent customer service.

I’ve been to this value village twice in the last month. Both times the washrooms were not clean. One stall was out of order. The other stall did not lock properly. There were no hooks to put a coat or purse in the stall. This last time I went and in addition to the above issues, there was no toilet paper. I told the cashier that there was no toilet paper. I waited for 10 min and no one came.

I personally love this store but I gave it a 3 for a few reasons. The first being their pricing. What kind of guidelines do they follow? I genuinely want to know. Found a shirt I bought at Dollarama for $4 last month priced at VV for $10.99 this week. What?! Yes. $10.99. While most items are reasonably priced, some are outrageously overpriced. Back to the good! They've got everything from clothing to accessories to books to dishes and cutlery to drapes to toys! I mean everything! Staff is very friendly and the store is clean. Definitely recommend!

Nice parking area in the busy neighborhood just limited time though on mondays to fridays. $3 dollars per hour a maximum of 3 hours. Everything is the area. Very busy and a bit crowded. Better to commute for convenience.There are indoor paid parking for a bit higher cost...

Fairly large store, wide aisles and well stocked. It's good for utilitarian purchases, but I rarely spot any finds" here. Do they get a lot of hipsters who snap up the unique vintage stuff as soon as it hits the racks?"
