Very shady company. Tanya G. is the area manager and posted her own 5 star rating! What!? Kala (or Karla) is the Sr. Mgr and is extremely rude and offensive. Their liability waiver form is very one-sided, and up to a certain point I get it. But the final clause that as a parent I forfeit all my right to bring a suit for any reason, well that's just silly. When I questioned Kala, she expects a one-sided dialogue where only she gets to speak and I have to listen. But the moment I try to speak, she offensively cuts me off at every moment. NO WAY I'm signing up any service agreement to put my child in their care!

Having a kid made me borderline obsessive, I am so happy to have service like lets buggy that takes some of my worry away. Good and reliable transportation system. Very nice and professional drivers and the best thing is I am kept informed. Love the service
