Very rude and horrible customer service everyone working there especially the manager. I bought a beanie cap from this store and went back to return the product on the same day of purchase due to low quality and they refused to return since the tag was broken. I don’t understand why they don’t accept my return. Their reason was the price tag was broken. I specifically asked the rep before purchasing if this item is returnable or not and she said yes. Didn’t mention anything about the tag. Moreover they do have the machine to attach the price tag back.The manager was extremely rude to me and told me to get out from the store.Never seen a clothing store with such a pathetic management. Learn how to treat your customers or look for some other job.You lose customers if you give authority to someone who doesn’t know how to treat a customer.Never gonna return to this store and gonna share my experience with everyone.

Great deals sometimes. Brand list is good. Employees are usually studs. Some stuff are kinda preppy, or maybe I'm just a hipster. Who knows. Shaka brah

Very rude to POC customers, that I noted today at about 3PM, while I was trying to shop in the background. Not the stores fault, just the employees. Poor representation of the establishment.The guys just wanted to try on shoes, but were blown off and blatantly ignored even when the guys vocally asked for help. It was uncomfortable to see that kind of treatment, and I cannot even imagine how those guys felt as they left the store, looking ashamed for burdening the employees.

The employees are ignorant and unprofessional.I went in last Sunday to return something and didn’t realize they only offer a two week refund period (who even offers less than 30days??) anyway that wasn’t the issue, it’s how they treated me regarding it.Management became snippy with me and said they don’t usually have people returning things in general, which has to be a lie or they just turn people away. My item was in the original packaging, unworn and in a box. -they gave me store credit but not before reading the receipt and pointing at it (no one accused them of lying) as if I was too stupid to be able to read it myself. No, I just assumed it was 30days, like anywhere else.Be careful buying things here, you may not be permitted to return it even within the 14days as per management.I’ve contacted head office to report their unprofessionalism.

This is the second time I have gone into this store and have been mistreated by staff. Everytime I go into this store with intentions to purchase something employees are constantly following me around and staring like they assume I am going to try to steal just because I'm young. It was so bad today my friend and I just put back the items we wanted to buy and left. Don't recommend if you don't want to feel like you've done something wrong.
